Lauren Of The Sun brings a grounded, nature-based approach to energy work, blending plant intelligence, design, and advanced spiritual modalities into a cohesive practice. Her foundation began through studies in botany and horticulture at the Chicago Botanic Gardens, with a focus on ornamental plant systems, alongside hands-on training in
organic and sustainable farming through the Floret Workshop. She expanded into aromatherapy and essential oil training through the American International Academy of Floral Design, deepening her understanding of how natural elements influence the body, mind, and energetic field.
Within Of The Sun, Lauren works as a practitioner across multiple modalities. She is a certified Quantum Light Property Clearing practitioner, trained in Levels I and II, and works with Soul Translation Technology, including ancestral clearing as a Soul Translation Technician. Her practice includes Akashic Record exploration and intuitive communication, with a specialized focus as Of The Sun’s primary animal clearer and communicator, supporting animals and their guardians in restoring balance and clarity. Stephanie is a shamanic practitioner and intuitive healer who creates transformative group experiences that blend ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience.
With intuition training and certification from the Songa Transformational School of Healing Arts, her work as a Sophia Circle Leader, and her role as an Of The Sun Certified Quantum Light Property Clearer, she weaves multiple healing modalities into a cohesive and accessible framework.
