Of The Sun Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Monday, 12pm EST or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. This will be posted on the website. Additionally, if your shipment experiences an extended significant delay do to backorder of items, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based upon the weight and dimensions of your order.
Of The Sun currently ships via the United States Postal Service.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Of The Sun does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Of The Sun ships to physical addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and you may utilize this to receive important updates from the shipping carrier regarding your delivery.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
Of The Sun is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Of The Sun is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and contact Of The Sun for notification of damaged products within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
Of The Sun currently does not ship outside the United States. Please contact the Of The Sun office at Contact@ofthesun.com with International Shipping inquiries and/or requests.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will not be shipped until we receive confirmation from the customer of the correct shipping address.
Of The Sun will not be held liable if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please contact both Of The Sun and the shipping carrier within 24 hours. You may contact Of The Sun by:

Of The Sun will file a claim with the shipping carrier and proceed with an investigation. Of The Sun will provide information, replace your order, or issue company credit for equal value when the investigation is complete. Please allow a minimum of 21 days for the investigation, however this process may exceed the given time frame.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist.
You have 30 calendar days to return any item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. The item must be in the original packaging and you will be required to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
(online order confirmation email will suffice for online orders)
Store Credit & Refunds
Once we receive your return, Of The Sun will inspect the item and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will offer you the option for store credit or initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
If you choose to receive store credit, an online coupon code will be generated and sent to you via email for use at checkout at http://www.ofthesun.com
If you choose to receive a refund, this will be processed by Of The Sun on the date of your confirmed request and will appear within the amount of days your credit card issuer’s policy states. This may vary depending on your credit card issuer’s terms.
* Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping of Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
If your return is approved and you choose to receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping fees will be included in your refund.
